Valerio provides hands-on project management and collaboration from kickoff through final opening, serving as a central point of coordination between clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders. With more than 25 years of experience supporting successful retail and food-service rollouts as well as ground-up developments, we bring an informed, proactive approach to scheduling, consultant and vendor coordination, external communications, and overall project execution.
As an added service, Valerio can step in as Owner’s Representative, acting directly on behalf of our Clients to provide added oversight and coverage throughout the project. This may include detailed budget development and maintenance, bidding and negotiation, utilities management, owner-provided vendor coordination, and other critical project needs. By integrating our services into the client’s operations, we help align all parties, manage the details, and keep the project moving toward its objectives.
