Valerio provides hands-on collaboration and project management from kick off to final open including scheduling, consultant & vendor coordination and external communications. Valerio acts as a central coordination point between all parties, and we enjoy a productive relationship with many client’s vendors, contractors, and consultants in order to meet all of our project’s objectives. As an added service Valerio can also step in as Owner’s Representative, acting on behalf of our Clients. In this role we can help assist with detailed budget production and maintenance, bidding and negotiation, utilities management, owner-provided vendor coordination, and much more.
